Permissions & Acknowledgment

• I/We give permission to have recordings taken of my child(ren) in school that may be used and displayed in school or temple related materials for publicity purposes and posted on private internet accounts accessible only by username or password.
• I/We give permission for my child(ren) to take excursions (walks) while in attendance.
• Payment for the summer program is due by June 16, 2025. In the event the first payment is not received in the ECP office by June 16, 2025, I/We relinquish my child’s place in the ECP Summer Program and understand that the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• If any of the above tuition payments shall be wholly or partially in arrears for ten days, the School may cancel the child’s enrollment without further notice whether or not the summer session has already begun and/or may enforce any other rights it may have by reason of non-payment.
• The contract term is for the entire summer session. No refund or discount is allowable by reason of absence due to illness or any other cause. I/We understand and agree that I/We will be responsible for the total tuition, regardless of voluntary absence or our decision to withdraw our child from the summer program for any reason.
• The school reserves the right of mandatory withdrawal of any child deemed by the Director as not profiting from the summer program experience or whose continued presence (of child or parent) is inimical to the health, safety or well-being of other children. Only in such an event will tuition be prorated to the date of withdrawal, less the deposit.
• A NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT of 50% per child has been paid. I/We understand that this deposit will be deducted from my final tuition payment and is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• I/We agree to allow our family contact information to be included in a secure online ECP directory that will be accessible to our families.
• I/We agree that the Congregation Kol Ami Early Childhood Program or its employees shall not be responsible in case of sickness or injury incurred by my child while in attendance.
